Where does the parcel come from?
Packages are shipped exclusively from Italy, all products are made in Italy.
Where can we ship to?
Riguardo.net ships to: EUROPE, USA, CANADA, ARAB EMIRATES, CHINA, JAPAN, MEXICO.
Shipping times and costs
Orders are processed within two working days after receipt of the order. Once the purchase is completed and the order confirmation email is received, orders are processed.
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. deliveries are not made on holidays and pre-holidays.
Shipping costs vary depending on size, weight and destination.
Can you declare the parcel as a gift?
No, the courier service does not accept declaration as a gift for customs clearance.
Is VAT or import tax included?
For sales on Italian territory VAT is always included, for all sales outside Italian territory products do not include VAT.
The price of our product does not include VAT or import taxes of the shipping destination
Any import/customs taxes are the responsibility of the customer and not of Riguardo.net.
Delivery methods
Product deliveries are made to the address indicated in the purchase procedure through the DHL carrier throughout Italy and in the territories mentioned above. Riguardo.net reserves no responsibility for any irregular behaviour on the part of the carrier. The courier does not deliver by appointment, it does not guarantee delivery at particular times, nor does it guarantee to call before delivery, but it is advisable to provide a telephone contact in case there are difficulties in recognizing the place of delivery or, in case of an absent recipient, to be contacted in order to arrange an appointment for redelivery.
You can choose the most convenient place as the delivery address: your residence, your office or the address of another person as long as you or someone appointed by you is there when the order is delivered.
No liability can be ascribed to us in the event of delay in delivery of what you have ordered.
At the time of delivery you are obliged to check that the packaging is intact and that the number of packages corresponds to the number indicated on the delivery note.
Any damage to the packaging or product must be immediately reported to the courier by affixing the WRITTEN RESERVE OF CHECK on the courier’s proof of delivery. Once the courier’s delivery document has been signed, you will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
In the event of repeated impossibility of delivery to the delivery address indicated, the order will be cancelled and you will be charged shipping costs.
If any product presented on the portal is no longer available or on sale at the time the purchase is concluded, you will be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the order of the inconvenience and we will refund the full amount as soon as possible and in any case no later than 15 days from receipt of the order.
In-store collection
You can purchase online and pick up the products in one of our shops, paying in advance online. At the time of purchase we will list the chosen product, if it is still available, and we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to inform you where to pick it up.
